Does my customer need to install the app?
No. Customers do not need the app. They receive the record of each entry and payment reminders over SMS, and can pay through any UPI app.
Can I keep a personal udhar khata as well as a shop khata?
Yes. Many people use OkCredit for personal lending to friends and family alongside their business khata.
What happens to my udhar records if I change my phone?
Your data is backed up online as well as on the device. Log in on the new phone and your complete khata is restored. Entries are visible only to you and the customer concerned.
